Our packages are delivered using USPS services.

We've got you covered on shipping costs when you place any order totaling over $75 in product, shipping within the United States! Orders $75 and under will have a flat rate shipping cost for all U.S. regions. International packages are calculated based on the order's weight and destination. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please be sure you enter your correct contact information - especially when using PayPal or Auto-Fill options.

Shipping times can vary based on delivery location! 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Need to return or exchange your item? No problem.

The following policy applies to all items purchased through BartBridge.com. Items purchased at events, or at other retailers are non-refundable, or subject to differences in this policy. Thank you or understanding.

We accept returns and exchanges on items within 30 days of when you received it.

  • Items must be in New/Unused condition.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. It is important that you input an accurate shipping address to a secure location.

  • Return shipping fees are at the customer's own expense. If your order was fulfilled incorrectly, or there was a defect in the product on arrival, please email info@bartbridge.com with a photo of the item you received. 

  • When sending back your item, please include the name on the order, the order number, and any reason for the return on a note included with your item. Once we've received your return, in unused condition, we will issue the refund back to the original form of payment - or send you a replacement. 

If you'd simply like to exchange your item for another item we have in stock, you will be responsible for shipping costs to return the item to us. Your original order must be within 30 days, and the item you are exchanging should be in unused condition. Please include your order number and a description of the item you'd like to exchange it for. Once we receive the item, we will make the exchange and send back to the address on the original order.

LOST PACKAGES

Oh no! We hate when this happens - and we understand how frustrating it can be.

Unfortunately once you've been sent a shipping confirmation, your package is out of our hands and we leave it up to the postal service to do their part! Your shipping confirmation email should include a tracking number to let you know when your package will arrive. If you don't receive your package, please double check that all of your shipping information looks correct, then contact your postal service to see if there's been a mistake. Sometimes the mail service can label a package as delivered before it has shown up. Your postal provider will know more about the status of your package than we will.

All packages are shipped using USPS delivery services - If you do not have a safe place for delivery, consider shipping items to a friend!

 

Sometimes mail bounces back! We'll reach out to you by email if a package is returned! Be sure check the email connected to your order to see if we've sent you a note!

For purchases using PayPal at checkout - Make sure your shipping information isn't automatically populated by your PayPal login. This may delay your package, or direct it to an old address. It is not always possible to catch this on our end before a package goes out in the mail - so please be careful! We are not responsible for deliveries headed to the wrong address provided by the customer.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please make sure you double check your shipping address, and have a safe place to receive your items. If you have concerns about a missing package, please check with your postal service by providing them with your tracking information.
