Shipping Policy

We've got you covered on shipping costs when you place any order over $75! Orders under $75 will have a flat rate of $6 shipping for all U.S. regions. All Internationl shipping will be claculated through USPS rates based on location. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Shipping times can vary based on delivery location! 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Need to return or exchange your item? No problem.

We'll accept returns on items within 30 days of when you received it. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, as well as costs to return the item to Bart Bridge. Please include the name on the order, your order number, and any reason for return on a note included with your item. Once we've received your return, in unused condition, we will issue the refund back to the original form of payment. 

If you'd like to exchange your item for something else, the same rules apply - and we'll pay for the shipping to get your new items to you (U.S. Only).

LOST PACKAGES

Oh no! We hate when this happens - and we understand how frustrating it can be.

Unfortunately once you've been sent a shipping confirmation, your package is out of our hands and we leave it up to the postal service to do their part! Your shipping confirmation email should include a tracking number to let you know when your package will arrive. If you don't receive your package, please double check that all of your shipping information looks correct, then contact your postal service to see if there's been a mistake.

If you cannot locate your package after contacting the post office, feel free to reach out to us! Sometimes mail bounces back, and we'll keep an eye out for it's return! We want you to get the items you've paid for! We'll happily join the hunt to figure out whats happened and help correct it!
